The Position

We're a multi-brand SaaS company looking for a well-rounded marketing specialist who can keep up with a fast-moving team and contribute across multiple products and campaigns. This isn't a siloed role where you do one thing all day. You'll work across our brands, support a variety of initiatives, and be expected to bring both execution and ideas to the table.

We run multiple SaaS brands across different industries, and our marketing team needs more execution capacity. This role isn't about owning one channel. It's about being the person who helps everything move faster. You'll support ongoing campaigns, reduce bottlenecks, and free up the team to focus on higher-level work while keeping the output strong.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Email Marketing
    • Write and execute campaigns including promotions, workflows, and announcements
    • Comfortable working in Constant Contact or similar platforms
  • Social Media
    • Create and schedule content that performs
    • LinkedIn is our primary platform, so you should understand what works there
  • Webinars & Events
    • Support webinar planning, promotion, and execution
    • Coordinate pre/post follow-up and assets for trade shows and virtual events
  • Content Creation
    • Write marketing copy that is clear, direct, and engaging
    • Support blogs, landing pages, and campaign messaging across our brands
  • Campaign Execution
    • Help bring multi-channel campaigns to life across our brands
    • Manage timelines and make sure deliverables get done on time

What We're Looking For

  • Marketing Experience: Prior experience in a marketing role with exposure to core channels like email, social media, content, or campaign execution
  • Adaptable: You can shift between brands, industries, and project types without losing momentum
  • Organized: Strong project management habits and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
  • Proactive: You bring ideas and look for ways to improve what we're already doing
  • Growth-minded: You want to keep learning and you care about contributing to a team that's actually building something
  • Trend-aware: You stay current on digital and B2B marketing trends and know how to apply them
  • Collaborative: You work well across departments and contribute positively to team dynamics

Industry Experience (A Plus, Not a Requirement)

  • Background in any of the following helps you ramp faster and write more relevant messaging:
    • Insurance / Insurtech
    • Commercial Cleaning / Facility Services
    • Recruiting / B2B SaaS

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or necessary software

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2-3 years of related experience writing, recording and editing projects; portfolio of relevant previous projects preferred upon application.
