As an Inside Sales Specialist, You Will:
- Conduct outbound B2B outreach to connect with leads, referrals, and past customers
- Qualify prospects and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations with potential clients
- Manage and maintain a consistent sales pipeline through CRM tools
- Build strong relationships with prospects and contribute to long-term customer success
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and interactions
